Refund policy

Weddings and Events

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking for weddings or events.
  • The deposit is due to confirm your booking. 
  • Full payment is required 30 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellation occurs:
    • More than 30 days before the event and more than 6 months after the booking was made, a full refund of payments made, excluding the deposit and any services already completed. 
    • Less than 30 days before the event: generally no or 25% or less than refund (minus deposit), this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration works completed, loss of work and opportunity, wages, bookings and stock paid for etc. 
  • No refunds for events will occur after the event has been completed. 

Casa Luna Content Studio Use

  • Booking of the Casa Luna Content Studio is subject to availability and must be paid in full via our bookings system for a confirmed session. 
  • Cancellations of studio bookings must be made in writing.
    • If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the booking date a full refund may occur minus $50 administrative and processing fee. 
    • If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the booking date: no refund is eligible. 
  • No refunds are available after studio session use has occured. 

The Bloom Edit - Refunds and Cancellations:

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of our designs:

  • Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made before 10am on the day of delivery.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the 10am cut-off or if the flowers have already been dispatched for delivery.
  • In the rare case that an order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply issues), we will contact you to offer an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
